How can I make sure that the funds are safely processed in an offshore merchant account?

My dad's business has an offshore merchant account, and I just want to make sure that the money we pour in actually goes in it. your ideas will be very much appreciated!

1. why does he have an offshore account...? If you company is on the up & up and if your banking arrangements are with a reputable bank, there would not be a problem and you could ask for receipt of funds notification.
