Withdraw paypal check without bank account credit card?

I have a paypal account and I would like to withdraw my balance in it without adding in my bank account. I tried requesting a check but it says i should add in a bank account or a confirmed address. I only use one credit card and i receive the bill through p.o. box and i do not plan on changing the billing address. I tried calling paypal but i can't get through the operator. a machine asks for the phone number connected to my account and after i enter it the call gets cut off. I am beginning to hate paypal. They also asks for a confirmed address but i do not have a credit card that is addressed at home. only po boxes. Do you guys know what i could do to get my money from paypal?

1. my advice just keep trying to call. usually when i call its immediate answer, weird for you tho...but yea, paypal does suck but its really the only "safe" way to buy/sell/send money online....
